2. How many books can I rent at a time?

     You can rent one book at a time.

 

3. For how long can I rent the book?

     You can rent your book for a week (a total of seven days from the time you receive the book).

4. Can I rent a book through Instagram?

     Yes, you can rent a book through Instagram. Dm us the book name from our collections and your address and the book will be delivered to your address within 1-2 days after receiving the payment.

 

5. Where do you deliver in Kolkata?

      We can deliver in all of Kolkata.

 

6. Are there any hidden charges?

     There are no hidden charges. There are no subscription fees or delivery or collection charges.

 

7. How will the book be delivered and collected?

     The book will be delivered to your address within 1-2 days after you have rented the book. You will receive a confirmation mail after the payment is received. The seven days will be counted from the day you receive the book. The book will be collected from your address on the 8th day. 

 

8. What are the methods of payment?

     We are currently expecting the following payment methods:-

     Pay using Paytm or Google pay.

Show the Paytm/Google pay receipt on the phone to our delivery guy for confirmation before receiving the book.

The details of Paytm or Google pay will be shared with you later.

 

9. What is a Ribbon?

     Ribbon tells you the condition of the book. We have new, printed copy and old/used books.

 

10. How can I cancel the book that I have rented?

     You can mail us to cancel the book that you have rented. If you have already made the payment, the amount will be credited to your account within a week. 

 

11. What will happen if I accidentally damage or lose the book?

       A fine will be levied on the customer in accordance with the damage received by the book. If the book is lost or damaged beyond repair, you will have to pay the full price of the book according to the current market price.
