There are many times when we need a little more help to cross our days. Sometimes, a little more soothing words are needed to boost your day and help you get over the blues.
Here are a collection of few such thoughts to help you get you up on your not-so-good days.
1. "Be the silent watcher of your thoughts and behavior. You are beneath the thinker. You are the stillness beneath the mental noise. You are the love and joy beneath the pain." - Eckhart Tolle
Eckhart Tolle is a teacher, author, and entrepreneur. He is a German-born resident of Canada best known as the author of The Power of Now and A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose.

We all want to be heard. So, we raise our voices sometimes to get over those white noise. still, they go unheard most of the time. These are the times to sit back and reflect on our emotions. Do we need to react to everything? In the spur of the moment, we forget to understand the deeper meanings of the circumstances. After a level of self-compassion, we begin to understand how harmful and unproductive some of our reoccurring thoughts can be. Through this attitude, we can focus our energy on preparing the damage created by old wounds and focus on creating something new.
2. "Feelings are visitors, just let them come and go." - Mooji
Mooji is a Jamaican spiritual teacher based in the UK and Portugal. He gives talks (Satsang) and conducts retreats.

Sometimes all we need to do is, wait. Wait for a reaction from another person, wait to get a reply from someone else, or wait for the madness to be over. This life-changing nugget helped me to realize that sometimes all we need to do is wait for the storm to pass. In the meantime, we have to stay calm and not do or say anything reckless. This not only helped me to focus my energy on repairing the damage but also helped others to stay calm in a tricky situation as well.
3. "Don't be pushed around by the fears in your mind. Be led by the dreams in your hearts." - Roy T Bennet.
Roy T. Bennett is the author of The Light in the Heart. He loves sharing positive thoughts and creative insight that has helped countless people to live successful and fulfilling life.

This thought reminds me of another similar saying, We should count our blessings as well. Fear is negative emotions and sows seeds of underconfidence and prevents us from seeing the greatness from within. It chains us. Fear creates an imaginary barrier and prevents us from reaching our full potential. The answers, support, and courage to try something new, need to come from within. So, it becomes important to assess when the fear is preventing us from doing good.
4. "You will continue to suffer if you have an emotional reaction to everything that is said to you. True power is sitting back and observing things with logic. True power is restraint. If words control you that means everyone else can control you. Breathe and allow things to pass." - Warren Buffet
Warren Edward Buffett is an American business magnate, investor, and philanthropist. He has said so many wonderful things relating to finance. He has shared many insights about people and thoughts as well.

Words are very powerful. They have the potential to make us or break us. Words can sway us, make us laugh, or make us cry. Positive reinforcement can carry us to heights. Negative words of hatred and criticism can pulls us down from the same heights and throw us into pits of happiness. So, it is very important to judge those words through the prism of our well-being and curb any unnecessary responses. Breathe and let go of the needless from your life.
